Empowering Change distributed a total of 214 sanitizers to the people who owns stalls of vegetables, fruits etc., also to many religious places nearby Sahnewal area. 

Empowering Change with the help of Mr. Kulwinder Singh Bimro and Mr. Ajitpal Singh had done 3 sanitization programs which includes sanitization of roads as well houses, etc. Sahnewal main market, CHC Hospital, Ward No 1,2,3,9 and many other places. 

In 2019, Empowering Change organised its first blood donation camp with Red Cross Blood Bank Ludhiana at Gurdwara Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji Sahnewal on 3rd December. 

Empowering Change also runs a tree plantation campaign named TREE LIFE which was started on 14 September 2018 as our beginning. It deals with the environment protection. Yet we had planted 1000+ saplings. This year 2020 our Project 2020 is under process. 

S S SANDHU AND GROUP ORGANISATION is coming up with Malkit Productions, to encourage youth towards games and sports, also many movies and shows will be aired to aware the society towards unlawful incidents and much more. 

In the sweet memory of Sardar Malkit Singh Ji, S S SANDHU AND GROUP ORGANISATION organised a turban tying competition on 26 March 2021 at Gurdwara Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji Sahnewal. 

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the organisation decided to start virtual sports events such as Marathon, Cyclothon and Walkathon in order to encourage the youth to foster their strength and to stay fit in this pandemic time. 

The organisation under TREE LIFE campaign started a project named Jivandan, which is divided into four phases. Under Phase 1, Tree Life Campaign collaborated with Sacred Heart Convent School Sahnewal (PLANTAEMATICS) and distribute 179 saplings to 54 students. For more details mail us. 

Under Phase 2, to encourage the masses to plant trees our members Ritik Raj Verma, Vishal Kumar, Paramveer Singh and Anoop Kullu distributed 203 free saplings to the residents of Ward No 9 Sahnewal, Ludhiana. 

Under Phase 3, our members planted 413 saplings at various places in Sahnewal such as Prem Colony, Village Mangli, Majara, Ganpati Colony and many other places with the help of children and also educating them about the importance of plants. 

Empowering Change organised a COVID-19 VACCINATION PROGRAM at Gurdwara Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji Sahnewal on 13th August, 2021 from 10 AM to 2:30 PM in which 100 people were vaccinated but this project vaccination camp is not up to the mark of the expectations, so the head organisation decided to organise another camp. 

On 3rd October 2021 at Government Primary School Nandpur Sahnewal, Empowering Change under the sponsorship of Akash Immigrations Sahnewal, Ahluwalia Youth Gym Sahnewal, Bhangu Sanitary House Sahnewal, V's Pizzeria, Happy Turban Centre Sahnewal and Miri Piri Gatka Akhara Sahnewal organised a grand event of running and cycling for the masses. Near about 800 participants participated in the Grand Marathon and Cyclothon. 

In the sweet memory of Narinder Singh, Empowering Change in collaboration with Gagan Sports Club Vill. Ghumait organised an eye camp with the help of specialised doctors of ASG Eye Hospital Ludhiana on 6 November 2021 at Gurdwara Gobind Prakash Village Ghumait near Koom Kalan. 

In collaboration with CHC Hospital Sahnewal, Empowering Change organised 2nd Vaccination Camp at Gurdwara Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji Sahnewal on 7 November 2021 in which about 127 people got vaccinated. 

Having an aim of forwarding hand for the needy masses, our organization came up with a project of donation which consists of materialistic help and do not accept money in any form. Thus, after taking suggestions from advisory committee, we started Project Philanthropy in which things like clothes, electrical appliances, toys to kids etc. items were distributed in old age homes and orphanages.

in teaming-up with CHC Hospital and Government School, our organization organized a vaccination camp at village Majara, Sahnewal on 27th January 2022 in which more than 100 people got vaccinated.
